RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your purchase, you may return an item to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund.


STANDARD RETURNS:

Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, it's not a problem! Simply email us at hello@featherandlarch.com with your order number and let us know that you will be returning your item(s).

Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.



EXCHANGES:

Exchanges in store must be made within 30 days. For online orders, we recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you would like to exchange via hello@featherandlarch.com.

Items must be exchanged for the same value. If there is an additional cost we can invoice you for the difference. Because inventory changes quickly, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products.



Holiday, Final Sale and Perishables:

  • Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.

  • Final Sale Items can not be returned.

    Perishable items like food & beverages may not be returned.
